About

Who is Patti?
I am a forty something single mom of two awesome kids. In the past six years, I have: separated and divorced, finished a graduate degree with honor’s, started a part-time career as a writing instructor at a local college, opened up my own business as a transition coach, and as of November 2008, became newly engaged! In addition,  I  have finished my basic training to become part of a collaborative law team and can add published author to my list of accomplishments.
As a transition coach, I specialize in helping to navigate the waters of personal and professional change. Whether you are hiring new employees, adding new services, downsizing, or you want to jump-start your marketing program (that may have been dormant), changing careers, my job is to help you clarify those goals and come up with an action plan on how to achieve those goals. Whether you are facing personal transitions or your business seems a bit unfocused, I will help you find clarity on how to move forward.
One of my specialties (to helping my clients market their services), is social media marketing. This can be done by utilizing these platforms as a form of education, to seek new professional goals and reach relevant target markets with direct online interaction.

Business coaching methods include (but not limited to): strategies on how to align your business goals, identify your professional brand, reach target market and use the world of social media to help you achieve these goals.

As a social media coach, I have studied the pros and cons of many social networking sites, such as Twitter, Linked In, Facebook and the various blogging websites. By assessing your business goals with a social media action plan, a personalized plan will be developed on how to achieve professional success.

With executive coaching (which combines personal and professional coaching), I assist clients in navigating the waters of change while creating an environment that enables you to move forward. Too often, professionals have a hard time aligning their business goals to the their day to day goals. As a solution, we will identify overall business and personal goals, and put together a step-by-step plan on how to achieve those goals. This will help you maintain personal/professional balance.

On a final note, think about your overall business plan and desire to expand your professional horizons. What are you doing today that will lead you one step closer to a better tomorrow? Staying in alignment (day to day) with you goals is the key.

“We can’t solve problems by using the same kind of thinking we used when we created them.” Albert Einstein
